The Strategic Risk Services Program Manager will play a critical role in shaping and driving key business strategies across the organization. The Strategic Risk Services Program Manager will play a critical role in shaping and driving key business strategies across the organization. This leader will oversee high-impact initiatives, deliver actionable insights to Senior Leadership, and support enterprise-wide decision-making. With a strong focus on strategic execution and innovation, the individual in this role will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives—guiding complex initiatives from vision to implementation. Success in this role requires a blend of strategic thinking, thought leadership, and operational excellence to help advance the organization’s long-term goals.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Planning:
- Develop and execute effective communication plans for the organization. This includes presentations for town halls, internal memos, etc.
- Manage operational processes for the Executive Office, including event management, Reward & Recognition programs, etc.
- Manage day-to-day business priorities, deliverables, and reporting for the Executive Office.
- Understand and shape the company’s strategy and mission; Develop plans to materialize strategy and analyze business proposals; Assist with the analysis, creation, and execution of business plans and strategies.
- Provide support and insight into significant organizational changes (e.g., shift in strategic focus, change management, etc.)
- Drive the goals of the Accertify organization, including managing critical strategic projects and initiatives.
- Provide strategic thought leadership with an ability to learn quickly, “connect the dots”, and drive results while working with minimal direction.
- Drive key transformational innovation projects with cross-functional teams.
- Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to achieve shared goals. Develop a deep understanding of our business to identify, analyze, recommend, and implement strategic solutions.
- Work with the Senior Leadership Team to plan and execute the long-term strategic plan.
- Effectively collaborate across teams through managing people, tasks, and workflows.
- Gather relevant data from various sources, analyze complex data sets, and provide deeper insights on trends to the Senior Leadership.
- Have a solid executive presence and be comfortable navigating and representing the organization professionally and engagingly.
- Analyze and manipulate data to develop frameworks and solutions for critical business issues.
- Own headcount tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Analytical mindset with strong financial acumen and organizational skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables and react to changing needs.
- Strategic thinking and ‘attention to detail’ to demonstrate the ‘big picture’ of tactical execution.
- Highly organized, anticipatory with strong leadership, influencing & collaboration skills.
- Strong integrity, confidence, discretion, and executive presence when interacting with senior leaders across the organization. Ability to handle projects of a sensitive and confidential nature.
- Ability to deal with issues and subject matter requiring considerable sensitivity, discretion, and judgment.
- Possess excellent relationship skills, building relationships across geographies/locations and leveraging those through collaboration and partnership to drive results.
- Work well under pressure, be flexible, and balance multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
- Possess excellent communication skills – primarily written- to draft effective communication and presentations for colleagues based on the setting (internal and external facing).

- Secondary – Virtual
- Workplace Flexibility: Primary – Hybrid (4 days in-office per week), Secondary – Virtual
- Travel: 10 to 15% travel
- Salary: Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives. Potential Salary Range: $90-130K, plus an incentive-based bonus. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.
